shortteacher83 and Thrilledmomof2: We met each other through beachbody and became friends as well as long distance workout buddies. We worked out together for 40 weeks doing TurboFire and Chalean Extreme. We then did a round of Insanity. We have lost many inches and a few lbs here and there along the way. But now we are ready for more. Thrilledmomof2 has put together a hybrid consisting of Insanity, TurboFire, and P90x. If that's not crazy enough, she put doubles into the mix. Chalene Johnson referred to it as prep for something like joining the Navy Seals. We decided to document this journey and invite you to join us on our way as we "Get Skinny or Die Tryin!"
